Yes we do Tisiel. But if I ever get rich I'm hiring at least 3 people. A chef, a maid, and someone to do my wardrobe and hair and makeup every day.  Those are must haves!

Still missing the same ones, Silent?
When I'm rich, I'm going to buy all items which are self cleaning. Ovens, carpets, beds that make themselves and laundry and dishes that bloody well do themselves!!

Hi Sandy! Sure I'll help, or at least I'll try to. What kind of an animal likes to play with wool? If you can't figure it out they will LOL at you. I hope this helps. I know what creature it is... I just can't find where it is.. =(
edit : or maybe I found it already and i thought it was the artisan hint instead O.o
I found the shop one, one artisan, but dunno if the one im looking for is artisan or creature..
all I know is that I have 3 wools!

This second half made a little sense but i dont think its the phoenix gems we were getting there? Perhaps silk? If not then WOW am i confused.... cuz i got 2 silk from this hint... lol

Well, it says the phoenix gems are usually owned by people of "Fiery temperament". Well we all know of one such person, yes? But a person can be known by many names... >___>
The silk was owned by the Scalawag... that was a different clue.
