St.Yorick's Day Event [ended]

A troupe of elves scurry into the Town Square.

They huddle close together as they frantically discuss something. Then one in a striped top pushes another in a blue top to the front.

The elf shuffles back and forth for a moment before clearing his throat. "Ahem!"

A group of citizens notice the elf and stop to listen.

"Y-you see..." The elf begins to say, "...uh, I suppose I should introduce myself. My name is Elwin, and that's Kevan..." He points to the elf in the striped top, who merrily waves, before pointing to an elf in a green top with a scowl on his face. "...and Morgan."

"We're here, because the Staff of Zantarni contacted us about finding a unique venue to host their event. Usually we don't do this kind of thing, but it seemed like a good chance to do a market test with the toys we've made."

"Plus, it will be really nice to make friends and have fun with you all!" Kevan added.

"Uh, right." Elwin says, "But please remember, this is a workshop, so there are rules to follow. Or else..."

Morgan steps up and holds out a lump of coal.

"...you don't want that in your stocking!" Elwin finishes.

Elwin then searches his pockets and takes out a scroll that he sticks to the main board. "You can find all the information here!"

You may now open your Stockings!

For those of you who may not have participated in this type of activity with us before, this is how it works:

• Go to somebody's profile page. There you will see a large red stocking.
  
  
• Click on the stocking. You will either successfully open a gift, or not. If you get a gift, it will be automatically added to your wardrobe inventory. If you don't, keep trying! There are 12 gifts total.
  
  
• Regardless of the outcome of clicking the stocking, go find another stocking to click on, located on somebody else's profile page.
  
  
• Note: you will have to visit different people's profile pages each time you'd like to try collecting a gift from the stocking. If you have already visited a particular profile page, you will not see a stocking. (Hint: look at peoples' comment boxes for names of and links to other registered players)
  
  
• If you have collected all 12 stocking stuffer gifts, the stockings on all profile pages will no longer be displayed (all the stockings will disappear, whether or not you've visited that profile before)
