Zantarni is looking to bring a couple of pixelists on board our team!


Description:

This is a regular position with established monthly deadlines responsible for the creation of exclusive items and item sets for release on Zantarni's web site.

Requirements:

• comprehension of and ability to create pixeled items by hand, in line with Zantarni's established visual standards and existing avatar system
  
  
• must have appropriate graphics software and tools available for use in the creation of pixeled items and item sets for Zantarni (your choice of software)
  
  
• the ability to help brainstorm, and to follow creative ideas through from concept to completion
  
  
• ability to work as a team, or independently, with varied levels of supervision or guidance (dependent on the project)
  
  
• the ability to follow direction and to meet deadlines
  
  
• the ability to communicate clearly with Zantarni Staff (me, mostly)

Compensation:

Pixelists will receive a monthly stipend of gems to use toward the purchase of DIs, compensation of event items, and other in-site bonuses as appropriate.

Please PM me directly with several samples of your work, an introduction if I don't know who you are, and the reason or reasons why you would like a position as pixelist on Zantarni's Staff.

You may also post your interest in the position, as well as examples of your work, in this thread if that is preferable.

By the way, please don't go breaking the rules or getting yourselves banned or anything, but if you're on another web site that has pixelists or those interested in and/or experienced with pixeling, please feel free to share the information that Zantarni is looking for pixelists and refer them here Thanks
