While you're browsing the forums you can occasionally see them pop up in a big white box on the main site header (and click the link they provide to claim them). You can also sometimes find them for sale in the Citizen's Market (Town >> Zantarni Shops >> Citizen's Market, and then look under "Gym Tickets"). c:
