X I'll try to start collecting them again since you need them. I'll let you know if I get any for you to buy. I quit grabbing them because I never use them and I'm not aware of many that do anymore. Actually, I usually sell mine for 1zg just to get rid of them. 
You can also find them at the top of some pages as you search through the forum. They just pop up at the top of the page once in awhile.

Haha i'm glad they're so common! i haven't encountered any, but i don't really know exactly what i'm looking for.
i did skim through the Zandex a bit and saw it appears randomly as you've said.
Did you max all your skills or doesn't interest you anymore?! O:

I've put 200 on the Citizens' MP for 1ZG each.
I would donate them to you but I think there is no option for it.

It just looks like a banner with a ticket on it and you have to click on "Claim" or claim it. I can't remember exactly what it says.
I can't remember why I stopped. I don't think I maxed out. I just never used the Coliseum much. Too busy talking I guess. Lol
I'm glad to see you got some tickets.

The only banner that's always up is the Refer a Friend code thing. xd
