Without the efforts of the staff, Zantarni would surely not be what it is today!
Indeed, many call Zantarni home.
So on behalf of all who dwell within Zantarni,



4th Annual Staff Appreciation Day

This began 3 years ago by Silver_Philomena and myself, the first user-run event, in appreciation to the staff of Zantarni. They do a lot of work for this site, which is home to many, and wouldn't be what it is today without them.

The event will take place on June 6th. On that day, all our works of appreciation, be it art, words, text, music, however you wish will be given to the staff. I'm not only talking about the Knights. As was stated in last year's event, this includes Queens, Regents, Knights, creative courtiers, alchemists event staff, widget warriors and anyone else who does or has done work for Zantarni, past or present.

Even though we got off with a late start, I invite the users of Zantarni to say thanks in the form or art, words, music or however you are inspired to do so!
*NOTE - I'm thinking of extending the event to give people more time to work on stuff, what do you think?


Feel free to post works in progress but save the finished product for June 6th.

Since we got off to a late start, I'm going to extend the event so to give people time to finish their works.
The thread is planned to be opened to the staff on June 20th.

And Riley, that could be good, I know a lot of us who do art are currently swamped cause of doing art for each other, lol, so yeah, we could use extra time if necessary...

Okay, I'll extend the time an additional two weeks. It will also drive the staff bonkers, knowin they can't look for another two weeks

Does anyone have any ideas?
Last year there was a raffle, do we want to do that agan?

I think the Zantarni staff are the nicest staff members of various places that I know. Every time I have a bothersome question they are ready and willing to jump to answer it, it is amazing. The staff here are so kind and helpful and they really care about this place.

I don't have anything tangible to use to say "Thank You" with but my words, so here they are:

Ode to the Zantarni Staff

O Great Zantarni Staff!
Ye scintillant staff who doth
make for such ease and happy
enjoyment of this site I bid
ye rest a moment in thine
labour of love, O Lads and Ladies,
Rest! Yet not too long or deep,
