the third "RING" is backwards.
"With Bells On" is rather old fashioned american slang [I belive the English version uses "knobs" rather then bells?] It's usually in regards to a party on an event thats eagerly looked forward too, so you'd show up in your best outfit.
It probably derives from the habit of putting brass bells on the tack of horses pulling sledges, or circus wagons and the like.
Basicly you're not just going to show up: you're coming in style!

Zin confuses Zin.
Indeed, you might say that Zin is in a state of perpetual confusion. Not that it's a bad thing, It amuses zin imensely, especially when zin's innate confusion spreads, like a giant creeping amoeba and confuses other people too.

Hay guys. I think, to be fair (and to try and keep what little funds NEEM still has), if there are not 3 entries by the end of the day then we'll award 3rd place instead of 1st place. I'm sorry if this upsets anyone but is it really fair someone should get 100k just because no one else entered?
If we have 2 entries we'll have voting between the two and 1st place will be 50k and 2nd will be 25k.
So Zinny's IS entering? Or not?

Lipsa you seem to be the only one who entered and therefore have won! I do wish that more would have entered, but alas it was not meant to be. Perhaps the next non-event will bring more participants!

To be fair an entry must be saved and posted in a post specifically stating they are entering. Otherwise its there is just too much uncertainty on if the user intended to enter with the avi that can be seen (zan is notorious for lagging when someone changes there outfit) or if they intend to enter at all.
So based on that, Lipsa, you win by default.
