Question about TOS

A lot of sites have this clause in the tos that basically says "anything you upload here? any art? drawing? anything? we automatically own it!"
Now, I decided to come back to zantarni because (back then, at least), it didn't have that clause.
Now the tos evidently updated to fancy lawyer talk, and I don't understand fancy lawyer talk.
Is there a "anything you upload here? any art? drawing? anything? we automatically own it!" clause here now?

It is my understanding that we have never had a clause like that for your own art.

However, some of our older art contests included this in the rules: All entries will become the property of Zantarni and may be used at our discretion.

It only referred to art actually submitted for the contest.

No, there's nothing like that in our site rules, ToS, etc., and as an artist myself, I'm certainly not going to "take" your original art, done on your own, for yourself. As Scarz mentioned, anything that we have that even comes close to "whatever you post is ours" might only apply to things submitted to Zantarni, for Zantarni, as a submission to a contest, for example.

Ok, ok, good, that's the entire reason I came back here in the first place...
Now, let's discuss double posting. I'm aware it's a big no-no, which is why what I'm going to do instead is post a lot of images in one post, as many as I can fit.
I'm making a comic (well, yet to start, but still) and since Zantarni is on life support, I'll make it originate here to spread the word.
I'm also considering questionable (albeit legal) means to spread the word further.
But therein lies the problem: "as many as I can fit" probably doesn't mean "a full episode".
I am not even sure how many images it'd take to be a full episode.
...
Nor do I see an "upload image directly here" button now that I'm looking at the post GUI...

How many hours have to pass before it's not considered double posting?

And since
Code:
Insert image: [img]http://image_url[/img]  (alt+p)
is a thing, could I get some help to find another site that doesn't have an "anything you upload here? any art? drawing? anything? we automatically own it!" clause?
I can probably use lots and lots of [img]s instead...

There have been some changes since last you were here, the rules now allow:

Maximum consecutive posting is 3x.
You may triple post in Zantarni's forums. This means that you can post immediately after yourself using your main account, a secondary/mule account, or a combination of accounts up to a maximum of three times in a row. Additional posting without interruption or interaction with other players will be considered Spam, and will be treated accordingly.

However, if you are actually going to post a full episode, we might be able to work something out.
