Haiii~
I just figured out how to make gif animations with GIMP! 
So I wanna make them for you. C:
OKE I have a few complicated projects on my hands now, so I'm not accepting orders unless you just want winking, blinking, smiling, expression-changing, or something else that I don't have to edit in Paint. ;3
I can do the simple blinking/winking/smiling ones... (How does 1,ooo Zg. sound?)
 
And I might be able to do some more complicated things like wings... (depends on difficulty; 2-1ok?)
 
I might even could do ones involving the eyebrows (like have it go from a sad face to an evil grin or something ) but you'd have to tell me what you want and I'd have to think about what frames exactly I'd need you to give me... xD; Unless you can figure it out by yorself.
Basically, I take pictures and paste them onto a reel to make a movie. So if that helps at all... great.

If you want winking post images of the avatar you want, with the eye you want to wink full open, squinting and fully closed.

Neat idea, I was thinking about doing this myself too, I've done a few animations, two of which are on my profile :3

Yeah I had forgotten you could animate in GIMP, I use Photoshop to set up my frames then import it into Image Ready to animate it

Ahh... I don;t have Image Ready. I have Photoshop but the tutorial I used was for GIMP. xP Plus GIMP is waaay simpler. @,@ I just use PS for using my tablet and editing photos really.

I see I never knew how to animate in GIMP when I had it, and when I got my computer working again I deleted GIMP as it didn't like me so it would crash aaaall the time. Since I had photoshop and new that better I didn't need GIMP

Pff I hate it when stuff crashes... That's so annoying. xP
Okee~
It'll work. As long as you give me a shot of the one eye half-closed and fully-closed... though if you want it to be the eye with the magical eye in it you'll have to take the eye off for the fully closed shot. I just today found out what happens when you try to wear it with the eye closed...
I'll just put the shots together on GIMP and it'll look like winking. c:
I finished Ivy's wings finally... They took a while. o,o; The hair was in my waay.
But I finished it at least. xD;
