Hey Plumpy, welcome back. 
You can hover your mouse over the avvie you want to trade with, then click on the money bag. A box will pop up, just type in the amount of gold you want to send, and click Donate Gold.

Yes its pretty nifty, though I do it the old fashion way. (Right clicking on the name) 
Well the price guide has them listed at 10,000-25,000, so I think you offer is pretty fair. I will look around to see if anyone is selling and point them your way, or point you to theirs.
