T-Shirt Ideas:
 Funny Quotes from the Knights/Staff
Past events that are memorable, like the glendor Invasion. The caption could say "I Survived the 2010 Glendor Invasion" or "I Survived the Glendor Invasion of 2010"
You know You Play Zan When...topic that Echolisa made. Find something funny/awesome and turn that into a T-Shirt
Take some of our rare items like the Yorick Day Wings, Big and Dinky Gold Horns, and find a teaser caption for them like "I Might Be Poor But I Still Dream Big"

I'm waiting for a reply from Sharkrobot.com . I recommend looking at the site to see if you like the layout. They tend to have mostly stuff from web comics or web series but that's part of what I'm asking them about. As soon as I hear back I will post the costs and how their site works. I'm hoping it's what we are needing because I know they can be trusted.
Edit: also have you checked into Cafepress.com? They have customizable gear but I don't know if the prices are too high ( back when I did these sort of things tees were $25 XP which is still pricey to me but hey Zantarni gear would be worth it)

I don't know if it's already been done but what if you took some of the more popular wings (like the Yoricks) and did just the wings on the back of the tee(I mean really big almost life size covering the whole back) and maybe 'Zantarni' on the front over the heart (or just plain front). The only obstacle I see would be making a detailed graphic that large. (If I get a tablet for Christmas I'd be willing to take a stab at it but I can't say that I'd want to try with the mouse I have ^_^; )

I agree with the idea of some znatarni wings on t-shirts.
If there were some silver yoricks on a black t-shirt and a silver Zantarni crest in front it would be perfect, I'd buy it even at 30$ if I have to
There could also be a Blaze fanclub t-shirt of some sort 
Other idea would be to contrast the gold yoricks on a white t-shirt or even on a red one, it would be quite impressive =D
Other than that, maybe the idea of Glendor 2010 survivor would be good I mean we all went through that and oh god....

I would love to be able to help out on the drawing, but sadly I can't draw as well as I used to.  It's really true what they say, "if you don't use it, you lose it." At least in my experience I have found that to be true.

I've done a little design-work before, and could probably draw out whatever design(s) you wanted...I'd just need to know how much time I had and how large a resolution you'd want. ^_^;

I'd LOVE to draw something for this! It'd be cute to have some of the pets and weapons, and maybe a wishlist shirt? You know with the item you'd like drawn on there with a little chibi trying to reach for it? I'll try and draw something up to show you what I mean!
**edits: I'm unable to make my images transparent (my Photoshop is kaput and I'm using a program that doesn't allow it) so if I sent someone a RIF file that can be opened in Photoshop can they make it transparent? Also I am working on the wing ideas of making the wings for the backs of the shirts. Could someone send me a file with all of the wings just by themselves? It would help me greatly!
And I also did this, I drew this for Lady Ice with the intention of puting it here ages ago...
lol I know that I need to make it transparent but alas I cannot! Let me know what you think though? I'd really love shirts of avatars in battle poses!

I didn't see any specifications before or now, so i'm assuming you're pretty open to sizes etc.
-Also i like silverygit's idea of wings and the zantarni crest/ or giant Z.
and of course but them on conrasting backgrounds.
yoricks-blue or light blue background
silver yoricks - black
phoenix/x-mas - white or light green
on the back; bottom & center we could add a cute little zantarni critter for fun.
-I'm also thinking we should make designs for some Tote bags because they're very useful for someone like me who doesn't wear printed T's.
^ with this i'm just trying to expand on ideas.
-Also Plush toys of the sharlou's, dragons, glendors, tigers, rarebit, etc. would be great.
-Pins for bags and jackets
-pocket mirrors (i've seen them made similarly to jacket pins with a mirror on the other side. surely it cant be too pricey to make something like that.)
-Posters
sorry for the spam of ideas, but i've been thinking of various types of useful things i've seen around the net.
hopefully these are good ideas, and now i shall start on some designs.

We could have Zantarni animal graphic Tees like a few glendors chasing each other or sharlous picking clovers. The animals would be doing something funny/cute.
It might also help users become more interested and want to go on a Zan shopping spree.

There are actually very specific size specifications and design details that will need to be followed in order to get "good, clean" prints on whatever we create. I will get the specs posted ASAP (not tonight, though)
EDIT: I lied. Here's the info: - JPG or PNG format
- full transparency is supported with PNG
- recommend using an sRGB color profile for images, but CMYK based images are also supported.
- Higher resolutions for images will have better results, printed.
- The general resolution requirements are:
- 150ppi (pixels per inch) for apparel, aprons, bags, hats, mousepads, and ties.
- 200ppi for mugs, drinkware, calendars, cards, keychains, magnets, postcards, and all stickers.
- 300ppi for custom postage.

- White is not printed on light-colored apparel, but may be printed on dark-colored apparel

I know this is a bit late, but I am extremely interested in this.
I'm assuming everything is still up for consideration?
I'm fairly good with Adobe Illustrator, so I would like to contribute some form of art work for t-shirt ideas. :3
I'm also assuming that these ideas are not very limited?
