The Smugglers' Shoppe
You might have seen "The Smuggler" offering extremely precious items in the Auction House looking only for pure gold. He saw that his business was too profitable to sell items on auction only and decided to open his own shop! 
He offers, as he says, "Things that were either never given out during various events or donation periods or have sat in some dusty, dark corner; banished from all thoughts and forgotten...". He also smuggles items from closed accounts that will never be used again.

Does the shop restock? There's some stuff I'd really like to have but it says there's only one or two of each item and I don't have quite enough money yet... x_x Either I have to earn it or wait for my boyfriend to get online so he can give me gold. @_@

The Smuggler restocks the shelves as need be, though not always with the same items, it depends on their availability.
