Soooooooo, Bo is definitely blinded and can't find any wax.
Edit: I'm also missing the 7th feather. I've checked his room, followed a bunch of people who seemed to be following each other, checked in with old mate and looked at a list. That gave me 6 feathers.

Ah, this feathers quest is tricky. I am missing 2. Based on the above clues, 1 is just checking his room again, but I honestly don't know which one the other I'm missing is.
