If you have constructive feedback, or have noticed something that could be improved on Zantarni, we want to know about it!
Please post your suggestion, observation or other feedback in this thread and the Staff of Zantarni will review it at our first opportunity to do so.

I guess I'll make the first suggestion in this new thread then~
For the citizens online page banner, I don't think it needs to say 'Welcome to Zantarni'.
With the original one, it said that because Lord Alex put it on the front page, but with the banner more hidden in the site like it currently is, I'm sure that no one expects to go there to be welcomed. Maybe just put 'Citizens Online' there, if you guys feel you need some words on the banner.

As of the past couple months, I've noticed the pop-ups (Item previews, profile editor, ect.) have been buggy. They won't come up and you have to refresh the page in order for them to do so.
In your profile, it shows the items your avatar has on in the wardrobe screen, rather than what they're currently wearing. I'd also like it if you could hover over the thumbnails and they'd tell you the name of the item.

Yes I like the hover over idea as well and think layers for items would be awesome.
So many new items so little I can do with them!

Thank you for the suggestions. - The online page image is a "default carryover" from a previous time.
- We are hoping to completely revamp the profile page. Many issues like these little details are likely to become moot in the near future.
Please remember that although this is the place to post feedback and suggestions for Zantarni, random conversation and the posting of opinions on a suggestion should be avoided in this thread; it will only make the actual suggestions harder to find. Thank you.

Something that bugs me is weapons and other hand-held weapons. It would be nice if they were separated into two categories, left-hand and right-hand, so it would be easier to look through them

Trade/Send items via COD rather than donate and hope they send the gold.

Example:
If you have 7 gold ores, you would make 2 refined gold bars at once, and be left with 1 gold ore.
--Ability to omit your avatar from being judged.
--Section for Wings in wardrobe.

Thanks for the suggestions, guys.
Please note that I won't always reply to every post made (but I will read them!).
That said: - Avatar voting system is being re-evaluated.
- Wardrobe and layering system revamp will take some time to get to, but it is in the plans.
- We're working now on a quick solution to identify which item is held with which hand. Should be implemented soon.
- I'm analyzing and reevaluating the whole trading thing; a revamp is planned.
- The other things that have been mentioned so far will be kept in mind. Thank you.

I'm not sure if this is factored into the wardrobe changing around but I'd love to see a separate section for masks and tails.
There "seems" to be a glitch in the market when you're buying clothing. Sometimes, if you're a couple pages it won't let you search for a color (or whatever you're searching the tailor for) so you have to go back to where you were and click it so that it goes back to the first page then re-search.
However, I'd love to see how the shop is organized completely revamped because unless you mostly know exactly what you're looking for 88 pages is a lot to look through and the number of the page that you're on also isn't highlighted.
I'm not 100% keen on the fact that you can purchase clothing with gems either. I do like that it's an option for the higher end clothing, but maybe not so much the lower end. I'm not sure if that's been considered or not, just putting that out there.
The donation page (to donate to another user) is VERY laggy for me (and my net is fast) so whenever I try to open it my browser acts like it's going to crash. Not sure if something can be done with that.
There's also a very good deal of other suggestions that I'd love to see, but they've already been mentioned. :3

The main thing I want to see fixed (or added, as it may be) is the navigation buttons in various places, such as the Member list and Ego search (and wherever else they ought to be). Sure, there are work arounds, but for such a standard feature it's silly previous lords haven't fixed it yet.
Another thing I'd like to see is an "Other" or "Extra" section in the wardrobe, for things that don't have a section yet (eyes, for example). Or simply to put them in another section so they aren't forgotten. This may already be planned, but I thought I would mention it.
Redoing/Fixing the navigation bar. For instance:
* When you click on the main "Game" link (not on one of the sub drops), it goes to "300 Games" rather than "Zantarni Games" that I believe it should.
* The drop down Market main going to the Black Market rather than the Square (though maybe that's only my preference).
Sorry if I'm just being really nit-picky.

- Navigation is about to be completely reworked. For the short-term, to work within the existing framework and newly revised forum structure, including some of our "hidden pages" when/where feasible; longer-term, more extensive and thorough revamp. I'm planning on working on navigation today/next few days, actually. Let's see if RL cooperates
- Wardrobes will be revamped completely - more categories, organization, general reorganization, more layers for items, etc. But it will take time to get to it.
- Shops will be reorganized, and we'll have more of them. Will re-evaluate the ability to purchase things with gems
- Staying logged in: planned
- Thread Replies/Forum activity indication: planned
- Thread Subscriptions (or some form of marking specific threads as being of interest): planned
- Pagination for threads, search results, etc.: revamp/improvements planned
- other things along these lines^^ are planned, well-known, & will become moot with other changes being developed now.
@ Talous: reload the shop to "start fresh"; especially if you try to use the categories or by doing a search for the item. Yes, it's a glitch. Yes, I know about it. Thank you.
@ Konoka: nit-picky is good, but generally speaking, we have bigger fish to fry before getting to the nit-picky level. I tend to be fairly thorough with this type of stuff, but things can be overlooked.
Appreciate the feedback; Some of these are well-known previous issues, some are good reminders for things that need to be dealt with (eventually), some will become moot with other changes that are planned.
I am planning a complete overhaul of Zantarni; a reorganization of information, presentation, etc. If it has to do with organizing existing features (like wardrobe, shops, forums, navigation, profiles, etc.), I'm probably working on it. The current way things are done around here have bugged me for years too, ya know

I know, I know.
You're gonna hate me for this but I would like to suggest at least moving the places of dreams forum back to the Market Exchange.
I think the Market and Quests go hand in hand a lot of times.
Also I think it's confusing for newbies or users unfamiliar with the forums to look to the Zan Chat/Discussion forum for them.
We ran into that issue today with BandAid013's thread, actually.
And with Zahtix's giveaway too...
I would also like to discuss the Writer's Nook forum.
I feel that sometimes it is necessary to do character analysis and developments for not only yourself but for others in case you are going to do a RP with them.
For that reason I would like to try reimagining the OOC subforum as a new subforum that also has character analysis and developments threads.
As of right now it is only used as RP requests and character lists.
I think this would give the subforum more use as well.
--I would also like to suggest putting the Black Market right below the Market Square.
It is a very good way for newbies to get items they see in the Market Square cheaper.
--I also want to suggest a name changer.
That way it would lessen on the need for some accounts when people actually just want a different name but want to keep their account...
--Ability to change your class.
I know some people would would love to do so.

I would also like to comment about the rearranging of some forums. Where I love most of the actions taken but I feel the too much was packed in for art. The selling part has always been more active then sharing. I would like to see auctions and shops have their own area, as well as the pricing request. Or, at the very least, have the studios be what comes up first when clicked, simply because it is far more active. I feel this will free up room, as the site grows, to add a discussion forum for art as well as lead to less confusion when looking for two different intentions.
