Just an idea about the wardrobe when it gets revamped, I would like to see a separate tab for backgrounds please. I am not sure if this has already been suggested, apologies if it has.

I'm not sure if this has been considered or brought up at all. I'd like to see the Wordsmith's Nook get some more love (I know that only happens when people actually post). Would you consider allowing double posting for that forum? For instance, I posted the first chapter to a story I was writing sometime back. I wouldn't mind posting more chapters, but if I keep editing my first post, eventually I will run out of room. And if no one posts in that thread, I have to make an entirely new thread if I wish to continue posting chapters. Just curious :3

If the trading features get upgraded, would we be able to trade event currency as well possibly? It would be much easier to help people out when it is event time!!!
Also, if you would please consider having something similar to the flower throwing on profiles at each event so it would make it easier to get all the items. Sometimes Zantarni is slow when it comes to people to talk to and even with how much I post, I mostly miss out on a few items. I know that you want more posting, and I understand that, but the profile currency was a nice bonus between posts.

I wish the new trading system would be implemented... It's day 2 and I still haven't been paid for a pet I sold via the Marketplace forums.
Even a simple addition to the "Donate" button to add the "Request Zg for this item: ___" Where ___ is where you put your price before submission and they can't receive the item without first forking over the gold.

Thats called COD... We have it on world of warcraft! lol
1. A few MUCH needed changes would be great... First remove the remove all button from under the SAVE.. I sent Blaze some messages about this ebcause for ME its a HUGE issue...
2. Have a "currantly wearing" tab so you can quickly remove items that you are wearing without "remove all" or searching for an item for 30 mins you cant remember the name of.
3. A "saved" closet would be VERY nice...
4. A more orginized invo would also be amazing. This mixing crap together is very old. I cant find anything if i want a shirt thats in underwear? Really?
5. Lastly i think some new talent should be brought in for DI's There are so many great artists out there willing to create for sites like this but "legal" issues have them stagnant. Its really unfortunate.

Hehe, yeah, thanks. Trisphee has COD too. My brain wasn't working properly with me so I couldn't think of what it was, lol.
@Scarz; I'm not sure if they've actually been online since their post of wanting to buy it. I'm not mad at them or upset. I understand Zantarni is slow and all. If I lost it, I lost it. Just 5k, easily gotten back through mining/fishing.
Just be nice in the future to have a COD option or at least make pets sellable through the Citizen's Marketplace. I hate having to go through the forums to sell stuff.

So, I was browsing the site and I think that there is a lot of clutter going on. It might help bring people back around if we could take care of some of this and it would help give the site a more polished look.
1. Problem: Home page clutter- In addition to the "Site News" feed, there's the "Hear Ye" image to the bottom right. They both are for news. This is redundant and takes up space.
Solution: Crop the image to a small banner to go above the news feed for the "Olde Time" asthetic, or just get rid of it.
2. Problem: Even with the guides, profile set-up is VERY confusing and intimidating.
Solution: Eliminate custom profiles or find a simpler way to set up yhe customization window.
3. Problem: Signature editing is not easy to find. It doesn't seem to be anywhere near any profile link.
Solution: Make a small section or even just put a link to it on the "My Zantarni" page.
4. Problem: It's not easy to find your own posts or threads you've posted in.
Solution: Make it easier to search for your posts.
5. Problem: The "Town" page is cluttered worse than the home page. Several of the sections on it (the games and travel guide for example) have tabs along the header already, so it's not necessary to have them there. It's also not easy to tell what a few of the shops sell without clicking into them.
Solution: Remove the games, Town Hall, Travel Guide, and All Around... sections fron the page. Re-design the shops and businesses sections and add brief shop descriptions. Also, add a link to the event shop for easier access.
There are other things that also give the site a sort of rough, unfinished feel, but those are kind of the main ones that really stood out to me.
Also, I realize that a lot of work goes into maintaining and updating a site, and I don't know what staff is even around or available for working on anything. Just thought a few fresh ideas/suggestions couldn't hurt, right?

Thanks for giving some suggestions Kaderin! It's always good to have a fresh perspective to see how this site may appear to newcomers (or users who are returning from a long hiatus). Personally, I do agree that there is some clutter on Zantarni that could be cut out.
Zantarni is actually very hard to implement website functionality changes in since the original owner/creator of the website coded it pretty badly/confusingly (from what I hear anyway). We actually only have 1 coder (Zukyun, who is Blazestorm's RL husband). However, he does have a full time job and can't commit as much time that is needed to make major changes on the site. Realistically, it would probably be easier for us to implement any solutions that use the structure we have now. Of course, I'm sure that Blaze has a better idea of what can be changed that myself.
Regardless, it is always good to hear what people have to say

I suspected that there was probably a lot behind the scenes that I didn't know about. I really wish I was able to help out, but I'm useless when it comes to...pretty much everything.
Given the current situation, I'd say that they're doing the best they can and I applaud them for that.

As I am browsing through over 20 pages of accessories trying to get my avatar ready for St, Patties Day, and over 80 pages total in my inventory combine, something frustrated me.
In the accessories tab I could not for the life of me find any nice background that might make the cut into displaying my avatar. I thought "Hmmmm wouldn't it be nice to have sub-tabs in my closet so I can find specific items easier?".
For Example: Within the 23 pages I have about 6 pages of wings. Instead of all the wing items scattered over those 23 pages I can just click on a tab and BAM...I can sift through 6 pages of nothing but wings. Same can go for the backgrounds. I can honestly say sometimes I look at an item and am not sure whether its a background or another type that can mess up my avi progress. It would be awesome to click on "Accessories" then click on "Background" to easier find items. I can also say there are probably a few members who are drowning in over 100 pages of personal items. I am not vouching for them only assuming, but I am sure at times they are super frustrated when the item is not showing up for 10 maybe 20+ pages.
All the tabs can be organized like this, but the focus of my idea was the accessories since that is the bulk of what our avatar outfits are made out of.

I like that idea, Ivy. ^_^ It can get a bit tedious to dig through pages of things when i know what i want already. I would like if the backgrounds were easier to find.
I did just recently figure out that the search does work , if you know part of the name of what you are looking for.  you just have to delete the * in the box first.
