That's where we are gonna disagree! The sets are only a month old, and I value gems at 100k. So to meeeee adding in that they're unavailable would bounce all three to around the 300-350k boot value. :p
Edit: also I could throw in the matrix phoenix wings! Saw em on your list

It's all those awesome hormones flying around.  I bet! I'm glad my little girl wasn't on my bladder. But I was definitely peeing like every 3-4 hours. and ever 20 minutes if I was moving around. 
Dang Girly! I don't think I ever slept that long while I was pregnant. I did eat though. Oh did I eat.
