Yeah, Rayven, it's warmer here. Lots of snow, and weather that lets you run around in earmuffs instead of a hat.

There are some days I switch to decaf when the caffeine hits me harder than usual.

Riley-It seems we're all dealing with anxiety right now. Sad I hope we all get better soon. That's makes sense. I should get some decaf for when my anxiety is bad. Then I'll just drink regular when I'm feeling more myself. XD


Cat-I know how you feel. Sometimes I can calm myself down by counting, breathing, or visualization. However if I'm really upset like I was the other day nothing really helps. I just have to wait it out.

Cat - In all of years of seeing therapists and going to classes or groups, I've acquired a ton of coping skills that work for me. Only recently did I think to actually write them down in a list. When the depression and or anxiety is really bad, I can never remember anything that would help me move out of it. So on those days, having the list really helps remind me what I could try. If you haven't already done that, perhaps it might help you?

Rayven - Today seems a bit better for me, I hope you and Cat are feeling better.
