That's ok, they're not for everyone.  I'm just glad you know that. That way neither party suffers. I wish people knew that before they have kids too.

Actually, I don't know that you're not, you have two jobs which is pretty responsible. *nods* A lot of people don't have dogs but kids are worth the trouble to them. I just happen to feel that dogs are worth the trouble and kids usually aren't.

Technically 3 jobs actually, just 2 of them are at the same business.
For me, cats are worth the trouble, and dogs would be if my life were a bit better (if I had a house and better paying jobs with less-hectic scheduling), and smol dragon babies 1000% are, but human babies....NOPE.

I need 1,019 more posts to move up a spot in the posting list. I never should have checked yet, that seems impossible. *sighs* I know it's not but it feels that way today.

Oh, ok. Sorry I took you literally.
Awww, so cute!  It must be nice to have a helper. We only have destroyers around here. Actually, they haven't done too bad this year. I was afraid Casper might go crazy but he's only bothered the tree a little. Mom has a singing Christmas tree that Casper loves to beat up though. He bites it's nose and punches it.

Derpy is very excited! Unfortunately, I didn't have time to make his present yet, and I'm making a big life decision which means my budget is becoming very tight and I can't/shouldn't buy him anything too big for a while, but he's still excited anyway!
Update: found the presents I bought Derpy on Tuesday and promptly forgot about he opened one tonight and will open the other one tomorrow when we get home

I bought him 2 of the toy edition Mini Brands balls. I've been too tired to open the second one with him (xmas + work-related anxiety have me drained), but the first one had a couple really good things in it (most stuff is a little too small for him actually, but will still make for cute pics) and we'll probably open the second one tonight.

Awww. That sounds cute.
I saw some clothes and a sleeping bag at Dollar General Saturday that can be used to decorate an Elf on the Shelf. I thought that was a neat idea.

It's always nice to get good stuff. *nods*
I got some pretty good stuff for Christmas this year too. Only one thing we ordered turned out to be the wrong item and I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with them yesterday about returning it and they acted like they had no clue what they were doing. My mom said, "Surely they've had people return things before." I think they were hoping I'd hang up. Never gonna happen.
