I managed to spend several hours in the bath tub today, so I'm feeling both light headed and more relaxed.

Don't stand up too quickly!! And remember to re-moisturize!

Well... it wasn't the standing up quickly. It was the HEAT I'd gotten going in the tub. *sheepish* Embarassed

Yeah. I'm learning the importance of lotions and stuff. Helps that I've finally found some that I can stand the feel of.

Yeah too much heat will do that to ya Sad( just be good to yourself! I myself have very sensitive skin, so I've found that dove soap/shampoo/conditioner works really well. And for skin cream I use unscented Oil of Olay day and night cream for sensitive skin.

It's just been awhile since I had to heat a bath by hand. XD I'll be less lobster cooking next time. Lord willing.

Dove and Oil of Olay aren't my friends. I haven't been able to find the soap that works best again after most the health stores here shut down, but the creams and lotions I get from the farmers markets.

I have sensory issues, so there are a lot of things that don't feel comfortable on my skin.

Understandable, dove isn't for everyone. I use the one that's extra thick, so it feels different than regular lotion. Organics are always better tho. Farmers markets are great for all sorts of stuff.

I can't remember if I've tried Ivory, Sir Scarz. The name rings a bell. I know it's supposed to be safe soap with nothing added, but I'm not sure it's even available here, now that I think of it.

I was wondering if it was available where you are.

Right now I'm trying this goat's milk soap I found at the drug store. It doesn't seem to be particularly HELPING with dryness, but it's not causing it to be any worse, either.

Ahh... That's not here either. At least not that brand. And the health stores were I used to see Castile's soap are gone too.

Maintaining absolute minimum vitals successfully! XD
I'm reasonably sure my current issue (besides epilepsy) is not allowed to be mentioned.

I think I'm boycotting Amazon. First, two different packages not delivered and I had to go get them last week. And both sent all the hecking several miles away. I wasn't able to get a ride to go get the book til today. It was put into the hands of some carrier I'd never heard off, and left at some convenience store. So I finally get there, and the place has pink handcuffs and bongs in the counter display, and the parcels are in milk crates behind the counter, right out in the open. I take the package, which is a plastic unpadded shipping bag and hurry into my friend's SUV. Get to the market, do my day there. Get home and open the dry and undamaged package...

And the book is soaking wet with something slimy, and is a second hand library book. I paid $11 for the thing! I haven't spent enough money on Amazon to be able to leave a review, and I can't even talk to the seller.
