Aww, that sucks.  I've been slacking in the mental health department, and I had to skip a day of work to just try to relax because I've worked so many days in a row it actually made me breakdown yesterday. I spent some quality time with my boyfriend. It was nice.
I hope you're able to take care of yourself by the time you see this message!

Hello. I hope you don’t mind if I join you. ^^
I’ve had a headache all day today. I’m guessing it’s just a pressure headache because the weather has changed a lot the last day or so. It’s suddenly chilly instead of hot.
I do prefer chilly weather though! Nothing like a nice cozy sweater :3

Being able to comfortably wear clothing is wonderful.
Crys, I get these headaches from fixating on things I think I need to do but can't. Part of the reason I suspect I'm on the spectrum. You're feeling better now?

Comfy layers of clothing is my favorite kind. I really love having a lot of layers on. So I don't usually like summer very much because it's too hot to wear anything.
Spring and autumn are my favorite seasons. Just cool enough without being too cold.

Yes. And for me, if it moves gently as I walk or in the breeze it's even better clothes. One of the reasons I love my job at the farmers market is because I'm selling clothes I like to wear, and which I can actually wear all summer without feeling skimpy!

Try cotton fabrics from India. That's what this stuff is.

I have couple of Indian cotton kurtas I bought through Etsy, I love them and in Vegas' heat they allow me to still feel cool,

Oh, getting fabrics from hot places is a good idea! Who knows better how to manufacture breathable fabric? 
I’m currently sweating at work, it’s like 95 f in the store today. /cry
