This has been my home since 2006 (15 years ago). . .from my initial arrival here, it has always felt like home. . .It is always nice to have old timers check in from time to time.

I joined in early 2007, so I guess that makes me am old-school member.
I think even back then I wasn't super active around here, but I've just always liked the kind of theme of the site.
I've actually been semi-active for most of this year and popped in before mostly just whenever I thought about it. Mainly when a site I was on would shut down and I'd go "huh, I wonder how all the other sites are doing".

I joined here around 2007 too (I can't believe it's been 13-14 years  )
I'm not sure what it is that keeps me from checking in here (besides being a knight of course), and not someplace like gaia for example. I feel like, it just feels more... cozy here?
Like I started out with gaia, but they had so many changes from when I last visited and a lot of younger members, so I feel like it would be weird to go back. But I feel like Zantarni feels more steady, and welcoming. Like our little comfy corner of the internet

I keep checking in once in a while.
I keep forgetting for months at a time (I have ADD), but around the holidays I check on the Quest. I love those.
I try to be more social, but since the forums are a bit slow, I often forget.

I also keep checking in now and then with unfortunately quite some time between each times, to catch some nostalgia.
What makes it hard to stay active for a long period of time is that the nostalgia makes me a bit a sad, I remember those good old days and get a bit teary-eyed I must admit, things were much simpler back then and I also feel that I was more happy that and I also miss all of my friends I had back then. both here, on other places and in real life, it makes me want to go back in time and relive it and never return to the present again... man that got a bit too emotional but it felt good to write it out.

I don't remember when I came on...I could check my logs and whatnot, but I have been here for years. I miss my role playing games and avatar fun.
I always check in every month, sometimes every week or even every day considering the pandemic and the national curfew that keeps us inside after 20h.
