This is a very late reply, and for that you have my apologies!  The concept of t-shirts, or any merchandise at all, for Zantarni sounds fantastic!
I'm afraid I'm really no use at all in terms of designs or templates etc., as I can barely navigate my laptop to access the internet, and use paint, never mind use Photoshop or something along those lines! 
There are no guarantees, but I will point my partner's attention in the direction of this thread, as he's pretty savvy with technology in comparison to me and occasionally creates digital art and the like.

This whole thread sounds pretty decent so far, and as Sproggie mentioned, I'm partial to (and partially good at) digital art, if anything may arrise that I can do.

I love the idea of having zantarni wings and/or fauna on a T-shirt! I hope some merchandise of any sort does get made, I would eagerly purchase it. Also, I really like Syuriko's crest and Turtle Sensei's battle pose.

I would love to buy some Zanny merchandise, but I really can't justify spending over double the price of the items in shipping. And I really don't like how the only option is express shipping which costs double what the item costs. And on top of the shipping, I'd have to pay the difference between the exchange rate, which would be very close to $200 for only 3 items and only one of them could have standard shipping because it was a badge and had to be made before being shipped.
Sorry for the rant, but I think I might just stick to buying gems every month.

If you are planning on putting it on a t-shirt, I'd recommend using a program like adobe illustrator to create a vector image, so it can easily be used for different sized shirts or other merchandise in the future.
