Phoenix was fascinated by what Dub was doing. There were a lot of ooos and ahhhs coming from the audience. She watched with antisipation, wanting to know what he was going to do.
Robert was also fascinated with what Dubhlainn was doing. He really loved to see what his preformers would do, seeing them do all kinds of neat tricks and things.

Katina relaxed when Dub had it all under control. And the audience suspects nothing too. She shook her head smiling. Atleast everything was alright now. Looking on as he did the act with the spears her eyes widened. He was good...she wondered how many of them would top him act.

Dubhlainn returned the spears and decides to do one more trick. He unburied a cannon and waved over Robert. He moved the cannon into its spot before priming packing and loading it. He waited for Robert. Once he was close Dubhlainn whispered. "Last trick new one too never even practiced. Just need you to announce it and touch the powder off when I nod."

Robert walked casually over to Dubhlainn, and nodded to his plan. What was the last trick? "Ladies and gentlemen, the last and final trick of Dubhlainn is about to begin!" He said, and the audience members cheered and clapped. He smiled, then turned to the cannon. Alright... now all he had to do was to touch off the powder when Dubhlainn signaled with a nod.
Phoenix watched the finally. She's never seen this part before... this was so exciting!

Dubhlainn positioned himself in front of the cannon. It looked like it was the old trick of getting hit with a cannonball which he had seen humans do but this was something far more difficult he was going to catch the cannonball with one hand. He took a few seconds to ready himself before nodding.

Robert nodded at Dubhlainn, and touched off the powder. He thought that Dubhlainn was going to get hit with a cannonball or something, but it wouldn't hurt him. Maybe he was going to do something else... he didn't know. He watched as a cannonball flew out of the cannon and straight for Dubhlainn.

Dubhlainn quickly moved his arm and braced it with the other. The cannon produced a cloud that took a bit to fade but once it had Dubhlainn was standing exactly where he had started out but had the cannonball clutched in his right hand.

"Woah!" Phoenix said outloud, watching as Dub caught the cannonball with only his hand. She started to clap a round of applause with the cheering audience.
"Wow! Give it up for Dubhlainn!" Robert said, also clapping for him. That was so amazing! That would be impossible for a normal human to do, and Dubhlainn did it.
The audience went wild by this, clapping, whistling, and cheering very loud. Phoenix swallowed, picking up her batons and holding onto them with both of her hands. She was so nervous, yet so excited. Her heart was pounding, and it seemed like no one else was in the tent except for her. She also had crimson earplugs in her hands. If she screwd up, it was all over. That's why she had earplugs. No one else truly mattered out there in the center stage. This, would be a very tough routine, but she was prepared.
Robert clapped a hand onto Dubhlainn's shoulder, smiling to the crowd. "Well done!" He said to Dubhlainn.

"One last thing." Dubhlainn said as the muscles in his hand all seemed to tense up like he was trying to crush the stone cannonball. In fact that was what he wanted to do and with a roar the ball exploded into dust. "Now I'm done." Dubhlainn said and though he sounds a bit winded he had a huge smile. He loaded everything back up and had the animals drag it all back out.

Robert clapped for Dubhlainn. "Excellent!" He said happily to Duhlainn. He looked down at the pile of rubble that used to be the cannonball. He then looked over at Phoenix, whom nodded solomnely, giving him the signal that she was ready.
Phoenix put the earplugs in her ears. She was now ready for the act she was going to give.
Robert turned to the crowd. "Alright now. This next act includes a little tyche who can play with fire! Give it up, for the fire bird, Phoenix!" And with that, a large cheering session began, and Robert exited the stage. Phoenix walked onto the stage, her batons unlit, ready to start her preformance. Here we go... don't mess up... she kept saying to herself. She got into the first pose of the preformance, one of her batons in the air, one by her side.
Robert started the music on a very large boom-box, and turned it up very loudly because he knew that Phoenix had earplugs in her ears. Because this act needed music. It was a very fast, techno-ish song, with no singing in it.
Phoenix started to twirl the batons, starting off easy with a few throws and twirls. This, was going to be fun.

Max was at the edge of his seat, watching the performance with an unblinking eye. It was like she was in a lake of fire, and she was dancing in it. It was a beautiful thing to see...
However, there was someone waiting to drop the sandbag, literally. It hung above Phoenix's head, and the sabateur was aware that it would injure, but not kill Phoenix. If he made it look like a mistake, then the fault would go to the one that didn't secure the sandbage and make sure they were safe... That person would be Max.
The man started to fray the rope, little by little. Max saw out the corner of his eye, the shadow fraying the rope. His heart started to quicken... How could he save Phoenix and be sure to not destroy the show at the same time?!
Max didn't care for the show anymore, as he got up and ran toward Phoenix. "Phoenix!" The sandbag dropped, Max pushed Phoenix lightly out of the way so she wouldn't fall over, and he held his hands to catch the heavy sandbag. He absolutely HAD to catch it... Otherwise, Phoenix's act would be ruined.
Thump! He caught it! But now he was stuck in the middle of the stage, with a sandbag, with the act. "Um... Phoenix, light the sandbag..." Max whispered to her, trying to improvise something.
The audience watched with awe. Was this part of the act? Who was the boy? He had blue hair and eyes, like water. Water and fire, boy and girl... What a combination. This HAD to be part of the act.

Dubhlainn saw Max jump into action and looked up to see what had happen. When he did he saw a shadowy figure on the catwalk. "Messing with my damn home." He growled under his voice. He immediately headed up to confront the person and grabbed one of his spears on the way. Within seconds he was up on the catwalk with the Shadow. "First trying to ruin my show and now Phoenix's. Both were bad choices and now we're going to have some fun."

Issy arrived back to the big tent. She was away, connecting the ropes she wore during her preformance that helped her get down and up from the trapeze. She spotted Dubhlainn with a shadowly type person. She wondered what happened, but didn't interrupt. Dub looked mad, and stopping him would only increase his anger.

Phoenix was pushed lightly out of the way by Max, and watched in horror as a sandbag fell from out of nowhere. She watched as Max caught it, a slight smile forming on her face. He saved me... Phoenix heard what Max had said to her, then lit the sand bag. It took a while, but the fire spread over the sandbag.
Wow... what a way to improvise! Robert watched as Max saved Phoenix, and her show, by catching the sandbag, and how Phoenix lit the sandbag. What was Max going to do with the bag now?

"Uuuuuhhh..." Max looked a bit alarmed as he had to think fast. Then he spotted a tin can of oil and the emergency water for Phoenix's act he had put aside. That's it! He ran and got the oil can, then ran around Phoenix and himself pouring a half circle between them and behind them, then dropped the sandbag at the end. They had an inferno half circle behind Phoenix now, away from getting caught from anything else. Then he stood to teh side and told Phoenix, "Go on with your act, I've got this fire thing covered." He knew thanks to his sister that water to an oil fire made a bigger fire. So in pulsated moments of Phoenix's act, he would toss some water behind her and the fire would spurt stronger before dying down again. It slowly started to die as he kept it pulsing.
The figure looked over at Dubhlain and chuckled. "I know better than to fight you. But I know I stand a chance running." He turned tail and bolted, "Catch me if you can, muscle man!"
