Looks great! I can see if I can help you track down the top, it shouldn't be too terribly expensive. ^^
The items that may take you longer are:
-Big Phoenix Wings
-Moon Mask
-Ankh
-Red Sharlou
The Petal Top should be easy enough to find.
Every thing else can be found in the tailor's shop. ^^

This is a Masquerade Ball/Festival which celebrates our former Knight, Blazestorm, becoming our new Queen ((owner of Zantarni)). There are a lot of fun activities to participate in and contests with awesome prizes. I have a game that has been active for a few days now.
