I like those wings too, but I always tend to like smaller wings on my avi's so I don't use it much.
Your avi was but together very nicely. When looking at it the black at the bottom kind of reminds me of ashes, with the rest of it like a rising phoenix.

And thanks! I don't use the helmet much either, but I really wanted to use the wisp top and somehow the helmet fit in nicely with the rest of my outfit. I really wanted to wait to use this outfit for halloween, but I liked it so much I had to use it now. But I just got some new stuff and I want to use it too...oh pixels.

I like bigger wings more than smaller wings, as I usually have long hair and you can hardly see the smaller wings.
I'm not sure what I was trying to do when I made it, but I could see that when I was finished . I swear, I have all of the items on that avatar except for the wings.
Serial changer is an understatement . I used to change multiple times a day on other sites. I think most of my steady avatars have been here.
I don't even have the helmet anymore . I never was good at using helmets. I like to see part of my face showing most of the time. I know how it feels to get new items . I have a pirate avatar made for Halloween already. I just got the last item that I needed today.

@Plbc: Yeah, that's what sucks with smaller wings. But I still tend to prefer them, likely because I tend to like less bulky things.
And wow, do you just not find yourself satisfied with your outfits? Or is it just that you get a lot of outfit ideas?
I'm not a helmet person either, as I like to have my face showing as well, but sometimes (like with this avi) I like the effect it has. And that's great that you got the last item. The only thing now is to see if you want to make another avi during halloween when the event items come out 
@Arikana: Hopefully if these guys host another avi contest for their next event you'll hear about it and be able to enter :3

I don't mid the chunkiness of the wings most of the time . My favourite wings that I actually own have to be the Fire/Air/Dark/Light/Water/EarthFae wings, and they're huge!
Depends . It's usually the last one, though. I just get too many ideas sometimes, and it ends up with me not keeping avatars for too long.
I'll probably end up making other avatars, but I'll wear the one I made specifically for Halloween on the day itself. My current avatar could be considered a Halloween avatar as well, you know?
I hope they have another avatar contest too. I love avatar contests . If there were more around, I would so enter them. I used to do that a lot on Gaia.
