Sure.  It really depends on the kit that you get. The first is the balance kit, which is one shake a day and its for people who just want nutrition and to maintain their current weight.
The second is the shape kit and its two shakes a day which gets you to lose some weight, but not a whole lot.
The third is the transformation kit, which makes you lose lots if weight. It contains a product called Vi-Trim which curbs the appetite.
The fourth and fifth kit, are called the core and fit kit. These are for people who have active lives and do sports or lifting. Every kit is designed to target different people.
All of these kits have vi-shape which is a sweet cream based powder that makes the shake. Its also called the shake that taste like cake.  I like the shakes because I can put anything I want into the shake and it taste great!
I usually make this:
3 scoops of powder
1 apple banana
4 strawberries
1 whole cup of any yogurt
1 1/2 cups of skim milk
3 cubes of ice
The yogurt gives it more of an ice cream taste.

It sounds like a pain in the butt to me! But I've never liked diet shakes X_____X I can never stick to a regimen... ever.

LOL yeah I don't really like diet shakes but it gives me more nutrients than what I'd normally eat and I've basically stopped eating junk food since I'm not craving it when I drink them. I have a hard time losing weight, but I've already lost 6 pounds since I started! So I'd say its working pretty well

Toxic, I've the basic premise for the animation frams sketched up-- I can e-mail you those WIPs if you'd like. My hubby's computer got a nasty virus and I just now managed to kick it's butt.... and he's leaving with said laptop to go to England in about four days Just my luck! I can resume tackling the animation when I'm able to join him (anywhere from 1 to 2 months), but I understand if you'd like to cancel the commission.
