Short Description:I can hear you now. Blue? Firstly, originally, St Patricks Day was celebrated with BLUE and not green. not to mention, the Urisk Fairy is known to haunt pools of water, and waterfalls. Celtic lore says he longs for companionship, but due to his appearance, wanders the world alone, helping farmers along the way. He is solitary. He is sad, He is Urisk.

Short Description:Danu or Dana was a gaelic/irish mother-goddess. She was the mother of the Tuatha Dé Danann (= "The Tribes of the goddess Danu"). She was said to be the divine mother of all gods.Danu was the mother-goddess of celtic mythology and was worshipped as their protectress. Some say that she was also a goddess of wisdom and the wind.
Danu was often connected with water (rivers, lakes, springs, oceans, etc.) and was a simbol of fertility and abundance.

Sometimes she was identified with the war-goddess Morrigan and the fertility-goddess Brigit.http://www.cybersamurai.net/Celtic/index.php?title=Danu

Short Description:
CLIODHNA
In some Irish myths Clíodhna is a goddess of love and beauty. She is said to have three brightly coloured birds who eat apples from an otherworldly tree and whose sweet song heals the sick. She leaves the otherworldly island of Tir Tairngire ("the land of promise") to be with her mortal lover, Ciabhán, but drowns as she sleeps in Glandore harbour in County Cork: the tide there is known as Tonn Chlíodhna, "Clíodhna's Wave"
(information from wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cl%C3%ADodhna )

Short Description: According to legend, the púca is a deft shapeshifter, capable of assuming a variety of terrifying or pleasing forms, and may appear as a horse, rabbit, goat, goblin, or dog. No matter what shape the púca takes, its fur is almost always dark. It most commonly takes the form of a sleek black horse with a flowing mane and luminescent golden eyes.
If a human is enticed onto a púca's back, it has been known to give them a wild ride; however, unlike a kelpie, which will take its rider and dive into the nearest stream or lake to drown and devour him/her, the púca will do its rider no real harm. The púca has the power of human speech, and has been known to give advice and lead people away from harm. Though the púca enjoys confusing and often terrifying humans, it is considered to be benevolent.

Short Description: The Dearg-due (red blood sucker) was said to be a woman who was so beautiful she could have any man she wanted, but she fell in love with a peasant, of whom her father disapproved, and he forced her to marry a wealthy, but bad husband... Some say she committed suicide, some say she died of a broken heart...
Legend says that she rises from the grave to seek vengeance by seducing men and drinking their blood, either during full moons, or the anniversary of her death... The only way to prevent the Dearg-due from rising is to cover her grave with stones...

Short Description: The leprechauns is a type of fairy in Irish folklore, usually taking the form of an old man, clad in a red or green coat, who enjoys partaking in mischief. Like other fairy creatures, The leprechauns spend all their time busily making shoes, and store away all their coins in a hidden pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. If ever captured by a human, the leprechaun has the magical power to grant three wishes in exchange for their release
