Though Irene would never agree to it, she was a rather compassionate elf. She cared for every life, even the ones she herself killed.

When Irene saw that the angel needed assistance, heeding the elder elf's words, Irene took the biggest risk of the night. The vampire was moving too much for Irene to get a clean shot, but if she got closer she could reach him. IRene ran quick as she could, ignoring the claws and hands grabbing at her, and shot one last desperate arrow that shot through the fledgeling's esophagus, cutting his air supply and having him fall to the ground.

"Ah, let go of me!" Irene sliced vampire after vampire, getting out though injured. Irene looked around quickly, and noticed the lack of leftover vampires. Irene sighed, finding her fighting struggle was over.

Senka cursed when she saw the angel's predicament, but remained focused on protecting Irene from close-range strikes, hoping that the younger elf would get a clear shot.

Of course, the younger elf decided to take her words a little too literally, and plunged headlong into the crowd. Senka cursed again and raced after her, moving as quickly as she could through the fighting, and taking down the vampires at Irene's back. Dimly, Senka noticed that the pulsing beat that had originally spawned the frenzy had ceased, though the pandemonium remained. The fledglings needed to feed now. Such a pity.

All too soon, the fighting seemed to cease. While there had been a large number of vampires in the club, it seemed that the remainder of the creatures there were just as deadly when they decided to be. The elf felt her heartbeat slowly return to normal as the adrenaline left her system. Reaching into the small pouch on her hip, she found some bandages to wrap the cuts she had received in battle, then handed the roll to Irene, still looking warily around the club.

In the silence left by the absence of music, the strobe lights seemed eerie, lighting each squabble in flashes, like snapshots of memory.

Noah kicked off the the remainder of the body once it had been decapitated. In the rush he hadn't noticed the silence or stillness that had overcome the leftover vampires. But with a quick glance it came to him. With a sigh of relief, he floated back to the ground and retracted his wings. Noah glanced at his torn pants seeing a bit of blood stains covering the bottoms of each leg.

With a slight limp, Noah walked over to the bar and washed off the blood from his legs.

"Ah, thank you." Irene payed no attention to the light or the silence as she stayed alert, looking over the bandages then wrapping herself up. "Ah, I didn't catch your name before." Irene addressed to Senka. She had given Senka her name, but Irene never recieved one in return.

Senka frowned at Irene's question, "Really? I could have sworn that I told you..." she trailed off, glancing around before returning her attention to the younger elf and sticking out her hand. "I suppose in the confusion you may have forgotten. My name's Senka."

Her eyes trailed over to the angel who was currently washing the blood from his ankles, noting that he had retracted his wings. Surveying the rest of the scene, she was unsurprised to see broken glass and blood scattered across the floor.

"Ah, I apologise then, Senka. It's good to meet you." Irene took a look around, then sighed. "Please excuse me." Irene began to look for every arrow of hers, pulling them from the bodies which most were unmarked, and holding them, planning to clean them later. "Ah, none had been damaged. That is a good sign." She said to herself.

Gently dabbing his legs, he was relieved that the wounds were not very deep. Noah let his pants fall back over this legs as he grabbed himself a beer. 'I think I deserved this' he thought to himself as he popped off the top and took a sip.

As he walked back around the bar he looked around at the mess and knew there was little to be gained from this night, but there still was a slight chance for something benefitial to happen. Still limping, he headed to a table and sat down with his feet resting on the chair on the other side of the table.

As Irene went picking up her bows and rinsing the blood she noticed not all of the vampires were dead. The ones the Angel took care of. "Ah, you fought valiantly my friend." She adressed to him kindly. "I am Irene, and you are?"

Taking another sip of his beer, he looked at the elf speaking to him. For the first time, he took in her look and knew she wasn't his type for the most part. He normally was only interested in angels for they are the purest and most beautiful women he had ever seen. Though, most of them stayed clear of him, he still went after them when he was given the chance.

"Thank you, you show great promise in archery yourself. My name is Noah." he said casually.

"Ah, Noah." Now for the real reason she spoke to him. "If you don't mind me asking, what have you done to be able to stop the vampires without killing them?" Irene was curious as to how his power worked, she had never seen anything like it before. Irene was a very inquisitive elf, and enjoyed knowing things.

He took a moment to realize what she was asking but he then put down his beer and made the dark orb in the palm of his hand once again. "I call it a shadow orb. It's the absence of light put into a ball which happens to be poisonous to almost everything or everyone. In vampires it just takes awhile to kill them, but it does instantly paralyze them." With a slight movement of his hand the dark orb turned white and aluminated the the area 5 feet around them. The orb engulfed his hand making it glow. He gently touched her bandages letting the light flow into her and fade away. "That should feel better now."

He sat back in his chair and took another sip of his drink and stared at her arrows. "How do your arrows work? I have never seen an arrow pierce a target and leave no mark."

Irene moved her bandaged arm, and was pleasantly surprised when there was no pain or no sign of a mark. The healing was absolutely extraordinary. When he asked about her bow and arrows, Irene put them away and took out only one. "Ah, it truly is one of a kind. Handed down to me by the Phantom Archer himself." Also known as the Phantom Bandit, the Phantom Archer was widely known to some beings as a bounty hunter and a warrior. His face hidden, he would kill his targets with a single blow, and no mark. He was able to pierce things even such as evil souls and possessing demons. then there was the technique to actually enter one's mind with the bow and arrow. Irene of course was far from anything so spectacular. "It's my most precious possession."

He eyed the arrow in awe, for he had only heard legions of such things. "I've heard the stories about him, but I didn't think I would every see his weapons at work. I'm an archer myself, but I don't use such fancy arrows. I just use the ones i make in the moment, but my bow is pretty fancy. Though, it doesn't have a very long tale behind it or anything." Still eyeing the bow, he tore his eyes from it to look into hers. "Maybe I'll show it to you one day and we can practice together some time." A small grin tugged at his lips.

Irene always did respect fellow archers. A light pink found its way to her cheeks as she nodded. "Ah, that would be wonderful. I'm still not very skilled." Irene admitted slightly embarassed. With that, she put away the arrow and fastened the bow where it could be easily reached. "Ah, but don't be discouraged about your ability. 'Every legend starts with a beginning.' You could become a legend if you so desired, I'm sure of it."

Chase came down the stairs with the terrified DJ tucked under one arm. Chase was rather grateful that the scared man had already parted with the contents of his stomach up in the booth rather than all over Chase's favourite shoes. Kicking a few bodies out of the way he dumped the DJ on the floor, surprised to find that some of them actually groaned at the contact

"If you want to know who is responsible for ruining your clothes, here he is. A word of caution though, he may be sick...again"
