I'll probably need help for this one too. I was on a roll with collecting currency for the Halloween event and then all of a sudden, BAM! the dirt isn't gone, however my depression hit me hard and I shut down mentally and was just physically barely going through the motions of surviving and hiding the fact that I was as bad as I had been. I've been progressively cleaning my room and hopefully, I'll have it completely sorted by the time the month is over. Knowing my luck, I'll want to start cleaning and sorting and organizing at 2am.

Bo, I sent you all the Halloween items, except for the Scarecrow Pants. I didn't seem to have an extra one.
We'll make sure you get this event's items too! I'm sorry to hear things haven't been going well for you. I hope they start getting better soon.

I think I should head back to see my doctor. Not for my depression, but I think my fibromyalgia is starting to affect me again and I probably need to start up medication again.

That's rough. I would definitely try to see your doctor to get some relief. I'm sure getting some pain relief will help some with the depression too.

I managed to pinch the nerve in my neck, it happens occasionally and I can typically treat it fairly easily and quickly, however this last time was not fun. I needed to get a massage to fix it properly because it was constantly hurting and earlier last year I needed a root canal done and the dentist prescribed like, super strong happy pills. I accidentally took one of those when the pain started getting too much, instead of my next step up from over the counter pain killers which has codeine in it, to something with a lot more codeine and a lot less paracetamol. I spent two hours still in agony, but my wall was hilarious.  After that mistake, I ended up taking my not so super strong happy pills for 10 days before I could get a massage. I only ever use my strong meds when I have nerve pain or migraines and I stick to a maximum of 2 pills a day, 4 if it is absolutely unbearable. I refuse to go to the emergency room and waste their time because they will only be doing what I have already done, but with better meds probably. If I can't wait to see my doctor, there is the after hours doctor.

Ouch, that sounds rather painful; I'm glad you were able to have it massaged out. Have you tried acupuncture? When I get around to calling my doctor, I'm going to give it a shot this year. I've never done it.

I've been to 2 different people for acupuncture. One guy was mostly miss, the second guy was a doctor who specialised in both western and eastern medicine. With him it was kinda a 50/50 thing. He was worth the day trip to see though. Mum got a lot more out of him than I did. Plus a drive out into the countryside. 
With my massause though, I've been seeing her for years and she plays my back, legs, arms like a damn fiddle. We also finish up with some reflexology on my feet and I always feel so much better after I see her. Yeah, a few times after not being able to see her for months, it hurt like hell and I was ouchie for a few days after, but it was 100% worth it.

Ugh. Once again, I've mistakenly bought items I already had. XP
No wonder I need so much help getting items. (You know...other than the other reason of me generally just being pretty antisocial.)
