Ok found the 2 pesky hiding feathers, but for the higher-ranking individuals i have checked every one on the staff page including npc's with out prevail.
More hints please

Did you find it yet, Lady Kaderin?
I wonder if we're talking about the same Shop? The Town Menu gives access to all the shops, including the one run by our Smug gent with his hidden stash of Mythril. He'll want something for it, though… he may tell you it's a Quest.

I was busy the past week, so I wasn't able to do the quests until today, but I have to say that there was some tricky ones in there. I needed the help of hints in here for one of them, but was fortunately able to figure out the rest for myself.
Good job to the creator of the quest and those involved in setting it up! I'll definitely put my prize to good use

I am having issues with the feathers I still don't understand where to look for people with influence? so far I have 9 feathers and found two in the forum and all the royals.
edit: I found all of them.

I might need help with the second to last quest for the shard.
I keep thinking I am in the right spot but I don't see it there. I'm hoping I am understanding the hints okay but apparently my head isnt in the game.

For this one, I think if you know more about our Pal Payton, then it will help you find the shard. Payton's main job in shops involves exchanging currency. Sometimes people visit Zantarni and don't have the right currency with them, and so he helps them to exchange it for the right kind.
