Everyone began filing out of the room, sniggering and gossiping as they left.
The lawyer turned to Victoria, "I am sorry, but he was making a scene, I wanted to stop it," he added and held out his arm for her to be escorted to the study.
Shaynnah threw the chairs at the cell door, upended the table and then ripped the bed apart and screamed to be let free. In the end, she perched herself up on the end of the bed, balancing on the rail, just waiting.

Victoria just nodded..
"Just find it a little strange the day i lay my father rest in walks a son..Ok lets go and see why he has suddenly shown himself"..She said and walked into the study..
"So lets cut to the chase..why are you suddenly here on the very day i lay my father to rest.?".Victoria asked..
Saxon after a few hours returned to the castle and made his way to where the woman was..
"I see you dont like your room..now since we didnt get to introduce ourselves lets do that now..iam Saxon Tutha and you are.?'..he asked with a small smile..

The lawyer looked to Beth, "He is in your fathers will, he was sent a message, but he was asked to be DISCRETE," he added and frowned and saw Draven sitting in Damien's chair. "Get out and have some respect for your father or I will instruct this young lady to take this will to the King and have him decide, I assure you, it will not go in your favor." he added.
Shaynnah spat at Saxons feet, "I dont care who you are, just let me go." she said in a low and cold voice, her eyes roaming over his body and face. Deep down, she admitted that she liked what she saw, but he had captured her and she was not in a good mood.

Victoria glared at Draven sitting in her father,s chair..
"Get out of that seat..do not think you can just walk in here and make yourself at home Draven...You might be my father,s **** son but this is my home.'..Victoria said then looked at the lawyer..
"I would like the people who are mentioned in the will here as soon as possible for the reading."..Victoria said then looked back to Draven..
"Dont get comfortable here Draven iam sure father provided for you very nicely in his will so you will take what has been left to you and go back to your cottage." Victoria added...
Saxon grinned.."Sorry no can do beautiful..i will just sit over here until you calm down then we can talk."..He said and turned around slowly and sat on the seat opposite her cell...

Draven sneered, "I am the eldest, I have a right to sit here Victoria," he said and crossed his arms. "GO on, read the will."
the lawyer looked to Victoria, "So how about we just get this over and done with, ignore the impudent little dirt bag." he added and unrolled the parchment.
The first part told of all the estates and what they entailed and that they would go to Victoria and that the cottage and one hundred thousand gold per year would go to Draven. However the next part floored everyone, including the lawyer. "If anything should happen to my daughter Victoria, the full estate reverts to Draven."
Draven grinned, "Make sure you dont break your pretty little neck Vicky."
Shaynnah sat in the darkness, just glaring at saxon for the longest time. "So what do I have to do to get out of here?" she growled.

Victoria stepped closer to the desk..
"I dont care if your the damn eldest.'..She said when the lawyer spoke up about reading the will now..
Victoria grinned slightly when everything was left to her then spun her head to look at the lawyer and the last part of the will just as she was going to say something she heard Draven,s comment about her neck..
Victoria turned and smiled sweetly...
"The same to you Drav..i believe that chair is now mine so since you have heard the reading off the will you can now leave.Ohh and i assume my lawyer knows where the cottage is so your gold will delivered to you once a year..so no need for you to show your face around my estates because i know you hate me with a passion right now so to make things easier we can both pretend the other one does not exist."..She said..
Saxon looked at the woman.."Well for starters your name would be nice...and second who send you i have not seen your face before because if i had i damn know i would have remembered you."..He said with a smile..

Draven got to his feet and stalked over to her, "Be seeing you," he said and pushed past her, knocking into her then walked out of the room.
The lawyer looked to Victoria, "He is going to be alot of trouble for you," he said. "Watch your back and it might be an idea to have a bodyguard with you at all times," he added.
Shay leaped down off the bed, as agile as a panther. "My name is Dana and I was coming to aid Lord Brockhurst. Standard drill to reinforce your allies." she added and crossed her arms, "SO are you going to let me go?"

Victoria watched Draven leave then looked at her lawyer..
"Yes he is and like my father taught me little trouble leads to big trouble if you have the chance nip it while its small..But i will get a body guard for a while but he makes one move to harm me he is gone."..Victoria said then hugged the lawyer that she had known for so long..
"I talk to one of the commanders and get a soldier assign to me until things settle."..Victoria added.
Saxon nodded.."That name does not suit you dont look like a Dana."..He said and stood and walked to stand closer to the cell..
"God your stunning"..he thought to himself..
"Alright i will let you go on one condition you have dinner with me in my private dinning room any attempted to escape will result in you being brought back here so you can cool down and we will try again in a few days....So Dana what do you think reckon you can handle having a meal with me you never know you might just like it."..he said and gave her a wink..

Victorias commander frowned when she spoke. "I think you need more than a bodyguard Milady. You need a trained assassin, one who knows how another assassin works." he added.
Shaynnah gripped the bars of the cell, her blue eyes turning grey. "I will have a meal with you and my name is Dana," she added in a low and controlled voice. "Just let me out of here now," she added, her breathing heavy and laboured now.

Victoria sighed..
"Alright now by chance do you know of any and i want the best you can find he will be paid very well for protecting me"..Victoria said..
Saxon nodded.."very good.' and nodded to the guard to unlock the cell.Saxon stood at the door and linked arms with Dana..
"Now to my private quarters now remember the deal one attempt to escape and your straight back here."..He said and walked her through the dungeons and up flights of stairs until they finally entered his rooms.
Saxon spoke to a servant who then rushed off..
"Now make your self comfortable while we wait for our meal..would you care for a drink.'..he asked as he watched her and thinking all he wanted to do was ran his fingers through her hair..

The Commander nodded, "Best that there is would be Lord Takana. Your father often asked him to train our scouts and spies," he added. "If you want me to have him watch over you, I will arrange it,"
Shaynnah took his arm but kept her distance from Saxon and kept her body very stiff. "I will endure this meal then be on my way. I am a woman of my word, I will not try and escape." she added then took a seat near the fire. The dungeons were drafty and she did not want to catch a chill. The memory of her mother passing from pneumonia came to her mind, fresh as if it were yesterday. She nodded when Saxon asked her if she wanted a drink, "Yes, something strong," she said and crossed her legs and her arms.

"Yes i have heard father mention him a number of times..if you could talk to him on my behalf he might be to busy but he could recommend someone else." ..Victoria said..
Saxon poured them both a drink and walked back and handed one to Shaynnah his hand brushing against her,s..
Saxon took a small drink his eyes watching her..
"You can relax you know its just a meal nothing more..
So how long you been leading troops?..He asked as he shifted to stand closer to the fire..

The COmmander nodded and bowed, "You will be protected by the best," he said and turned on his heel, calling for a messenger.
It was an hour later when a messenger found Victoria, "Lord Takana is here to see you," he said and from behind a tree, the man from the funeral appeared, striding towards her. He bowed, "Good to see you again Milady."
Shay grabbed the drink, blushing a little as his hand brushed hers. "I have been leading my armies since I was thirteen," she said and shrugged, "So what about you? How many ladies have you locked up and force to eat with you? I mean, you arent a complete hunchback, you know you could probably find a willing female." she added and drank the alcohol in one gulp.

Victoria turned and seen the man she had met at her father,s funeral earlier Victoria nodded her head slightly..
"Come walk with me Lord Takana after to-day i really just need some fresh air..You come very highly recommended and i need the best Lord Takana..i would assume my lawyer filled you in on the situation..Without my father realizing it he has put a price on my head and all of this is the price and i will not lose my father,s work not to his **** son."..Victoria said..
Saxon shrugged his shoulders.."I can honestly say you are the first..and thank-you.. as for the ladies there is no shortage of them wanting to get in my bed..but whether you believe it or not iam fussing on who gets between the sheets with me."..he said and took another mouthful of his drink..
"Would you care for another?'..he asked putting his hand out..

Sin fell into step with Victoria, "I knew your father very well Lady Victoria and he was no fool. Why do you think I said to you that I would be here for you if I needed you," he said and pulled her into a secluded alcove and leaned in to whisper, "He set this up. he knew your brother would make his move. towards the end of his life, Draven was pushing for your father to make him the heir." he addded and then pulled back and smiled.
Shay held out her glass and nodded. "Well that is your choice who you choose to invite to your bed. Dont think because you are remotely a little attractive that you can entice me," she added and skulled the drink he offered her. "I will have another," she added, her head spinning a little. She had not eaten since the morning meal and the potent brew was really starting to affect her.
